If you book a consultation, send a message through the website form, or contact us by phone, text or email, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, contact details, who needs coverage and your current insurance situation. We use it only to schedule and prepare for your consultation and to follow up about it.
2. Information we do not ask for online
Please do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health conditions or payment information through this website. If that information is ever needed, it is collected during a consultation or through an insurance carrier’s own secure application.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with insurance carriers when you ask us to apply for coverage, with service providers that help us operate (for example, scheduling and email tools), and when required by law.
4. Scheduling, cookies and analytics
Appointments are booked through Calendly, an embedded third-party tool that handles your booking details under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Your language choice (English or Spanish) is saved only in your own browser.
5. Retention and your choices
We keep consultation information as long as needed to serve you and as required by insurance record-keeping rules. You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time using the details below. We contact you only in response to a request you have made.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
